Murder, he wrote.

“Planned Parenthood” needs to be indicted, prosecuted and convicted of Crimes Against Humanity. I’d toss in a RICO charge too for racketeering and organized crime, about a million murder charges and whatever else Trey Gowdy can throw against them. What they are doing, and have done, is indefensible! My only regret in this is that I have not takes a stronger stand earlier.

The Ten Commandments are enumerated in Exodus 20: 1-17, Deuteronomy 5:6-21 and hammered home by Jesus in Matt 5: 21-37. In every case Number 6 says that “You shall NOT murder.” That’s pretty clear to me. These are not suggestions, thus the title, but go into any lawyers office and you will see entire libraries filled with lots of books to support, or bypass, these simple 10 Rules of Life. Rules that were meant for our good and not for our harm have been complicated, added to (in direct violation of God’s Word in Isaiah), and perverted. God cannot be happy. He told us not to do that.

Leave it to some in the legal profession to make adjustments in order to justify, or complicate these Rules. We now have degrees (First, Second, Third, Man-Slaughter) and a sub set of “Hate” crimes, just to make things look more complicated. Many jurisdictions divide murder by degrees. The distinction between first- and second-degree murder exists, for example, in Canadian murder law and third-degree murder is recognized in U.S. murder law and Peruvian murder law. The most common division is between first and second-degree murder. Generally, second-degree murder is common law murder, and first-degree is an aggravated form. The aggravating factors of first-degree murder depend on the jurisdiction, but may include a specific intent to kill, premeditation, or deliberation. In some, murder committed by acts such as strangulation, poisoning, or lying in wait are also treated as first-degree murder. How about deliberate part crushing? Confused? Me too.

The modern English word “murder” descends from the Proto-Indo-European “mrtró” which meant “to die”. The Middle English mordre is a noun from Anglo-Saxon morðor and Old French murdre. Middle English mordre is a verb from Anglo-Saxon myrdrian and the Middle English noun, this according to Wikopedia…murder by any other name…

The eighteenth-century English jurist William Blackstone (citing Edward Coke), in his Commentaries on the Laws of England set out the common law definition of murder, which by this definition occurs

“when a person, of sound memory and discretion, unlawfully kills any reasonable creature in being and under the king’s peace, with malice aforethought, either express or implied.”

The elements of common law murder are:

of a human
by another human
with malice aforethought.

The Unlawful – This distinguishes murder from killings that are done within the boundaries of law, such as capital punishment, justified self-defense, or the killing of enemy combatants by lawful combatants as well as causing collateral damage to non-combatants during a war.

Killing – At common law, life ended with cardiopulmonary arrest– the total and permanent cessation of blood circulation and respiration. With advances in medical technology courts have adopted irreversible cessation of all brain function as marking the end of life of a human.

by another human – In early common law, suicide was considered murder. The requirement that the person killed be someone other than the perpetrator excluded suicide from the definition of murder.

With malice aforethought – Originally malice aforethought carried its everyday meaning – a deliberate and premeditated (prior intent) killing of another motivated by ill will. Murder necessarily required that an appreciable time pass between the formation and execution of the intent to kill. The courts broadened the scope of murder by eliminating the requirement of actual premeditation and deliberation as well as true malice. All that was required for malice aforethought to exist is that the perpetrator act with one of the four states of mind that constitutes “malice.”

The four states of mind recognized as constituting “malice” are:

Intent to kill,
Intent to inflict grievous bodily harm short of death,
Reckless indifference to an unjustifiably high risk to human life (sometimes described as an “abandoned and malignant heart”), or
Intent to commit a dangerous felony (the “felony murder” doctrine).

Are you starting to see a pattern here? Doesn’t this all describe the activities of Planned Parenthood? They
1. intend to kill and they know that,
2. grievous bodily harm will be inflicted, and that
3. Reckless indifference and a malignant heart is certainly a requirement for anyone who would do this to a helpless infant, and
4. Intent is a given. There is no simple or kind way to inflict this heinous act.

It has been said that rationalization is the first sign of rebellion and “rebellion is as witchcraft” says the Bible (Isaiah 15:23). We have allowed God’s Word to be corrupted and millions of children murdered in the name of “choice.” We, as a country, have even exported the technology all over the world! And, do you know what is done with the parts of the baby that they murder? They sell them! For what purpose? Read this! So, they charge the patient for the service, collect from our government and then sell the remains for additional profit to make vaccines that are damaging or worse, killing people! What is wrong with this picture?

It is way past time to stop, repent and turn from this sin.

Isaiah tells us, in 1:18 that if we are willing and obedient we shall “eat the best of the land,” but if we continue to resist and rebel we “will be devoured by the sword.” It is decision time.

The good news? There is Mercy and there is Grace. If it were not so there would be no hope. 2 Chronicles 7: 14 says” If My people, who are called be My Name will humble themselves and pray and seek My Face and will turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

It is time.
